Prior to founding Scouler LLC, Daniel served as the Senior Managing Director of Business Development GlassRatner. Prior to GlassRatner, Daniel was a Director of Business Development at Amherst Partners, charged with sourcing new Restructuring and Turnaround assignments and helping market and brand the firm. Before joining Amherst, Daniel was a Principal at Scouler & Company, a national Restructuring and Turnaround firm. Initially part of the service delivery team, Daniel then moved into the role of brand building and business development. Daniel developed markets, sourced opportunities, opened offices, and recruited professionals nationwide. Prior to joining Scouler & Company, Daniel was a Senior Vice President at Morgan Stanley and Wachovia Securities.
Drawing on more than 26 years of marketing and sales in financial services, Daniel works with financial institutions, law firms, and private equity groups to develop relationships, source opportunities, and build the Scouler Kirchhein brand. Daniel is an expert in identifying opportunities and building the appropriate internal team to service the client’s needs.
Mr. Scouler has sourced many notable and industry-award winning client assignments including; Arhaus Furniture, Contessa Premium Foods, Crabtree & Evelyn, Bender Shipbuilding, Hot Dog on a Stick, Herb Philipson’s Army & Navy Stores, Lockwood Holdings Inc., Navillus Tile, Oracle Packaging, Qualtec, Z-Gallerie and Rhythm & Hues, the Oscar winning animation studio.
Daniel received a B.S. in Political Science from Dickinson College.
